Who we are

The site is operated by Hexona Systems ("Hexona", "we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Engagements are contracted separately

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, scopes and timelines described here are a general description of our services. Any diagnostic or implementation engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where that agreement conflicts with anything on this site, the agreement governs.

Submitting the intake form does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side.

Information on this site

Articles, figures, case material and other content on this site are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, accounting or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for an assessment of your own business. We work to keep the content accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that submits false, misleading or automated information through its forms. We may block access from any source we reasonably believe is doing so.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and the Hexona Systems name and marks are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish or create derivative works from the site's content without our written permission, other than brief quotation with attribution.

Names and logos of other companies that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexona Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
